Salient features

Sone canal System is one of the oldest canal system in the country. It is in operation since 1874.

The Arwal H.E. Project envisages to utilize the existing fall of 3.20 meter on Patna Branch Canal at 68.4 km. Main canal for generation of Hydro Electric Power.
